  • Patient specific disease markers and therapeutic drugs based on stratified mechanism groups.
  • AI models of biological mechanisms integrating molecular to cellular and human level outcomes.  
  • AI models networking molecular interactions and their cellular and human level activities.

 

Key research subjects

  • "Disease Markers" to subtype patients according to the active functional modules of the cellular regulatory mechanisms.
  • "Modular Regulators of Cellular Mechanisms" to control multiple targets in cellular functional modules.  
  • "Assorted Cell-line Model" to surrogate patient disease mechanisms for the evaluation of individualized drug candiates. 
  • "AI-based Drug & Drug Target Identification" based on the molecular structure, relations with cellular mechanisms, & patient outcomes.
