Our drug repositioning database (SynbiDrug-R) for cancer consists of following modules:
- Drug-Target Interaction for Cancer
- Drug-Mechanism Association for Cancer
- Drug Repositioning for Cancer
which contains repurposed cancer efficacy and binding targets, respectively.
Datasets are combined in a relational database and user can query in the Data Browser menu.
SynbiDrug-R is supported by AI-based drug repositioning project (NRF-2019M3E5D406964412) of MOHW of the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT).
